    List of Ingredients


    • 1to 2 lbs talipia fillets
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon minced onion
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 tobasco or hot pepper sauce (optional)
    • dash of pepper
    • dried,chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Cut fillets into 6 serving size pieces.
    2. Place in a well greased 12x8x2 dish.
    3. Combine butter,lemon juice,onion, and seasonings.
    4. Pour over fillets.
    5. Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
    6. Remove from over and sprinkle parsley over top.

    This goes perfectly with my garlic chive mashed potatoes! check it out
