    ANNA�S PORK CHOPS IN BEER

    List of Ingredients

    4-6 Pork Chops
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 12-oz.can of beer (any kind)
    1 small can of mushrooms (not drained)
    2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 325.
    Trim fat from chops.
    Put small amount of oil in frying pan and brown the chops.
    In a roasting pan, add Cream of Mushroom soup (do not discard can), onion soup mix, and mushrooms (including juice).
    Fill soup can with beer and add to soup mixture (extra 2 ounces of beer is for the cook!!!).
    Add chops to soup mixture.
    Cover tightly and bake at 325 for 2-3 hours (3 hours is preferred).
    If gravy becomes too thick during cooking, then add water.
    Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
