    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. soft crumb
    • 1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 c. catsup
    • 1 tbsp. vinegar
    • 1/4 c milk
    • 2 tbsp. fat
    • 2 tbsp. worcestershire
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tbsp. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Moisten crumbs with milk. Add onion, salt and pepper.
    2. Add meat. Shape into patties and brown in fat.
    3. Mix rest of things with 1/2 c. water to form sauce. Pour over patties. Cover and cook slowly 30 min.


    Final Comments


    Serve on buns and watch them disappear. Can double recipe if desired
