    List of Ingredients


    • 1-pound ground turkey (white meat)
    • 6 to 8 cloves garlic
    • tsp black pepper
    • tsp onion powder
    • tsp curry powder
    • tsp sage
    • 1 to 2 tsp parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. Mix well then cook one small ball to check the flavor you may wish to add more of the spices to fit your taste.
    2. Refrigerate before making the rest of the patties for 24 hours so the flavors will mingle well.
    3. Divide out portions and Cook as Desired.
