    Source of Recipe

Creative Living for the Frugal Family

    List of Ingredients

    DOUGH CYCLE
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp melted butter
4 Tbsp water (I had to add a few tablespoons more)
1/2 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz. box) (this is about 1/4 cup dry
    mix)
    4 cups bread flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. yeast

    FILLING
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts, optional
    1/4 c. raisins, optional
    FROSTING 1 (Real Cinnabon Frosting)
4 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. milk *(add more milk to desired consistency)*
    3 TB. real maple syrup

    Recipe

Place all ingredients in your machine in order recommended by your machine's
manufacturer. Place pan in your machine. Select Dough cycle and press

Start. When cycle is finished, remove dough and roll out on a buttered work
    surface or board into a 17 x 10 rectangle.

Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 sec. to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible. Sprinkle nuts or raisin over dough, ifdesired. Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. Cut into 2" pieces. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 (11x15 would be better) baking dish with sides maybe an inch apart. Put in a draft free place and allow to rise until double. Bake @ 350* for 15 - 20 minutes. When rolls are done frost. Makes 20 rolls
