    Bread: Parmesan Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups water
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 tablespoons oregano (I used 1 tbsp)
    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    1/3 cup olive oil (I used melted butter)
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

    Recipe

    Place all the ingredients into the breadmachine as per your manufacturer's
    instructions and process on "Dough" cycle. When cycle is complete, pull dough
    out and put on a buttered board to rest for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough
    into about 7 pieces and form into sub rolls and let rise for about 45 minutes.
    After they are risen, brush with egg wash and sprinkled with the
    following topping. I did not measure so this is just an approximation:

    1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, some grated fine and some grated into powder
    dash or two of black pepper
    1/8 tsp oregano, rubbed fine between your fingers
    dash of paprika

    Mix well and sprinkle over each roll.

    Bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
