    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup oil
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 package (6 ounce) chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix together the first four ingredients, then add the next four
    ingredients. Blend together and fill muffin cups 1/2 full with this
    batter. Cream together cream cheese, egg, and sugar. Top batter with
    creamed mixture.

    Divide package of chocolate chips and sprinkle on top of the muffins.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
