    You can make this in the crockpot , it's easy to double, triple etc.

    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz. Cream cheese
    1 can diced rotel (mild or hot, your preference)
    1 lb. Cooked crumbled sausage (hot or mild ,your preference)

    Recipe



    Brown sausage well and drain. Put all ingredients in crockpot and let cream cheese melt. Stir occasionally until hot.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
