List of Ingredients
� � pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
� � pound Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
� 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
� 2 garlic cloves, crushed
� 2 teaspoons grated onion
� 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
� Cayenne to taste
� 1 cup finely minced parsley
� 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except parsley and pecans (a food processor makes a smooth cheese; an electric mixer leaves some discernible individual ingredients). Toss parsley with pecans and blend half into the cheese mixture.
Form cheese into a ball or log and roll in remaining parsley mixture until well coated. Chill until firm.
Makes 20 servings.
