Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1 roll of refrigerate chocolate chip cookie dough
1 bag Mini Peanut butter Cups candies, unwrapped


Recipe



Cut dough into 1" slices. Break each slice into 4 pieces & place each piece into ungreased mini-muffin pan (you don't have to shape dough, just drop it in!) Bake 10 minutes @ 350�. Remove from oven; cookies will drop. Immdiately press a p'nut butter cup into indentation. Return pan to oven 2-3 minutes or until chocolate melts. Makes approx. 4 doz. cookies. ***Note: I bake these approx. 7-8 minutes before placing p'nut butter cup.
