List of Ingredients
2 apples
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
11⁄3 cups milk
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
� Peel, core and slice apples. Mix all the other ingredients, except butter, until moist.
� Melt butter in a 12-inch frying pan. Place apples in pan and cover with butter.
� Bake in hot 450 F oven, turning once after 10 or 15 minutes, until brown.
� Serve with brown sugar, sprinkled over top, and maple syrup.
Yield: Serves 2 to 4.
