    List of Ingredients




    2 ounces bacon or smoked, dry ham
    1 tablespoon bacon or fat butter
    2 ounces morel or other wild mushrooms
    2 tablespoons wild lily tops or green onion
    1 each bay leaf, fresh
    4 bay sized oysters
    3 large eggs
    1 tablespoons cream
    1 tablespoons oyster liquor
    1 tablespoons whisky
    as needed to taste salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Saut� bacon until crisp then remove from fat and set aside, reserve one tablespoon of fat.
    Saut� lily tops, bay leaf and oysters until tender.
    Beat eggs, cream, liquor and whisky with salt and pepper.
    Add to oyster mix in hot pan and cook like an Asian omelet.
    Serve with biscuits and gravy.
