    1 small potato
    1 "everything" bagel

    1 egg

    1 slice of american cheese

    1 slice of mozarella cheese

    1 big slice of ham

    4 strips of bacon

    1 big sausage patty

    Recipe



    1. First step is to make the potato patty. We start by using a vegetable peeler and we peel off all the skin. We then use a cheese grater and grate the entire potato. In a frying pan fry 1 tablespoon of butter and once it begins to sizzle and the butter is all melted you add the grated potato and form it into a patty while its cooking. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Once in a patty, top it with another tablespoon of butter divided so that when the hasbrown is flipped it cooks that side to a beautiful golden brown color. You wanna cook the potato about 7 to 10 minutes on each side on medium heat. Once the potato is done take it out and put it on a seperate plate.
    2. Start by frying the bacon in the same pad you cooked the hashbrowns in as well as the sausage. During this time start toasting the bagel.

    3. In the same pan you fried the bacon and hasbrowns add a half tablespoon of butter and begin to fry your egg. *over easy*

    4. Butter the bagel on both sides and stack accordingly: Hashbrown,sausage,ham,bacon,egg,2 slices of cheese.

    5. Go on weight watchers afterwards

    This *believe it or not* serves only 1 it contains approximately 1500 calories and about 70% of your daily recommended allowance of fat and cholesterol. You could lower the fat content by using sprays, turkey bacon and turkey ham as well as using scrambled eggs.
