    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. granola
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 med. apple, chopped fine (Pears and peaches are great, too!)
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. walnuts

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in cereal bowl. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes. Or, put in saucepan and cook until tender. Fold in 1 sliced banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.
