    Saut�ed Sausage Meat Patties

    Combine: 1 lb. sausage meat

    2 tablespoons flour

    (1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple or grated fresh apple)

    Shape the meat into patties 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with: Flour

    Rub a skillet with melted suet or butter, and heat. Brown the patties quickly on both sides. Cover.

    Reduce the heat and cook about 10 minutes on one side Pour off excess fat. Turn and cook 10 minutes on the other side until well done. Serve with: Saut�ed Onions, , or on Apple Rings,

    garnished with: (Parsley)
