List of Ingredients
4 avocados
� 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
� 1 can artichoke hearts
� 1 cup tomatoes
� 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers
� 1 cup pepperocinis
� 1 cup Greek olives
� 2 tbsp. chopped onion
� Salt, pepper, lemon juice to tasteRecipe
In a bowl, mash the avocados. Chop remaining ingredients and mix with avocados. Season to taste.
