    List of Ingredients




    Cake

    # � Cup of water
    # 1 (3oz.) Box of lemon Jell-O
    # 4 Eggs
    # � Cup of vegetable oil
    # 1 Box of Betty Crocker�s yellow cake mix
    # 1 Teaspoon of lemon extract

    Topping

    # 1 � Cups of confectioners sugar
    # The juice from 1 medium lemon

    Recipe



    Combine all of the cake ingredients in a large bowl and beat together on high for two minutes. Pour mixture into a 9�x13� pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    For the topping, combine ingredients and mix until creamy. Next, poke holes all over the top of the cake (while it�s hot) with a large fork and then cover with topping mixture. Let the cake stand for a few minutes and then serve and enjoy!
