    Honeysuckle White

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Honeysuckle White� Fresh, 1-pound Ground Turkey
    2 can chicken broth
    2 can great northern white beans, undrained
    1 can green chilis, chopped
    1 can white cream of corn
    1 to 2 bag Fritos Corn Chips
    1 cup bunch of green onions, chopped (include some stems)
    1 small onion
    2 clove garlic
    1 small red bell pepper
    2 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoon starch

    Crunch Fritos in bag to a fine consistency. Add to ground turkey breast. Mix into meat as you would for meatloaf. Set aside briefly. Bring broth, chili powder, cayenne, and cumin to a boil. Roll turkey mixture into small (1 inch) balls. Drop turkey balls into broth. When balls turn white and float, they are done. Should take no longer than 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of corn starch to thicken broth and turn down to simmer. Saut� onions, garlic, and pepper in non stick spray and add to broth. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Yum Yum.
