    Quorn Chilli in Tortilla Baskets

    List of Ingredients




    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 1 clove garlic, crushed
    * 5-10ml (1-2tsp) hot chilli powder
    * 1pkt (350g) Quorn mince
    * 2 400g cans Somerfield chopped tomatoes
    * (15ml) 1tbsp tomato pur�e
    * 1 420g can red kidney beans, drained
    * salt and freshly ground black pepper
    * 8 flour tortillas
    * 2 spring onions cut into thin strips
    * 1 150g pot Somerfield low-fat natural yogurt

    Recipe



    1. Place the onion, garlic, chilli powder and Quorn in a pan.
    2. Dry fry for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato pur�e and kidney beans.
    3. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
    4. Preheat oven to 200�C (400�F), Gas Mark 6.
    5. Carefully fold the tortillas into a muffin tin to make a basket shape, bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
    6. Place in a serving dish, fill with the Quorn chilli, top with a spoonful of yogurt and the spring onion strips.
