Robin's Red Bean Chili

List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground bison, browned
�1 teaspoon minced garlic
�1 tablespoon ground cumin
�1 tablespoon ground black pepper
�1 tablespoon hot chili powder
�1/2 large onion - shredded
�3 cups raw Pueblo chili - shredded
�6 ounces red wine
�2 cups brewed Kona coffee
�2 15-ounce cans of diced tomatoes
�2 15-ounce cans of hot chili beans
Recipe
�Brown the bison meat
�Add spices, onion, Pueblo chili and wine
�Heat thoroughly
�Add coffee, bean and tomatoes
�Cook on low for 2 hours or until ready
�Serve with buttered tortillas
