ground beef 1 pound
onion diced 1
meat tenderizer 1/4 teaspoon
onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
sliced potatoes drained 1 can
salt 1/2 teaspoon
pepper 1/4 teaspoon
red kidney beans 3 (16 ounce) cans
tomato soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can
chili powder if desired 1/4 teaspoon
Recipe
Brown ground beef with diced onion, when beef is completely browned add 1 can tomato soup. Stir in meat tenderizer, onion powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Add sliced potatoes and kidney beans. Cook on medium heat for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Yield: 8 to 10 servings
