"Windy City's Best Hot Chili"

List of Ingredients
3 lb Hamburger or Course Ground Chili Meat
1 lb Ground Pork
1 cu Chopped Onions
1 cu Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Cut Fine
2 16 oz.cans Dark Kidney Beans
1 16 oz.can Black Beans
1 32 oz.can of Chilli Beans (mild or hot depending on how hot you like)
2 32 oz. cans of Tomato Sauce (plus same amount of water)
3 pkg Lawrys Chili Seasonings (mild or hot)
3 tbl Garlic, Chopped
2 tbl Chili Powder
1 tbl Cayenne Pepper
2/3 cu Sugar
Recipe
Brown all meat then drain.
In a large pot add the sauce then the meat and cut up veggies then add the water. Add the beans, then all the remaining items with the exception of the sugar. Heat to boil then reduce to a simmer, stirring very OFTEN to prevent from sticking or burning at bottom. Let simmer for 90 minutes. Towards the end, add the sugar to taste depending on how sweet you like.
