    List of Ingredients




    (4 servings):
    4 8-oz. salmon filets
    huli huli marinade (used in glaze, see recipe below)
    8 oz. huli huli glaze (see recipe below)
    4 tsp. oil for grill

    Huli Huli Marinade:
    � cups tamari sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    � cup sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbl. green onions
    � Tbl. cilantro
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/3 cup frozen pineapple concentrate

    Huli Huli Glaze:
    � cup huli huli marinade
    � cup ketchup
    � cup honey

    Recipe



    (please note that the best results require an overnight marinade process):
    1. Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients listed above under �marinade� and mixing well.
    2. Prepare the glaze by combining the ingredients listed above under �glaze� and mixing well.
    3. Place the salmon filets in the marinade and allow to sit refrigerated � overnight if possible.
    4. Place the marinated salmon filets on an oiled grill and cook both sides till done.
    5. Recommended serving: with green beans and your choice of rice or potato.
