    1/4 cup onion, chopped

    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

    1/4 cup green and red peppers, chopped

    1�2 lb sliced beef

    2 tbsp. oil

    2 tbsp. BBQ sauce

    2 slices mozzarella cheese

    salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 French stick (baguette)

    Recipe



    1. Chop onions, mushrooms, green and red peppers.

    2. In an oiled skillet, over medium-high heat, saut� all vegetables until tender.

    3. Add sliced beef and saut� until done, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and stir in BBQ sauce.

    4. Lightly butter French stick and grill under the broiler at 175�F.

    5. Place sliced meat and vegetables on French stick, top with mozzarella cheese and serve with a side of salad or fries.

    At the Sports Centre Caf�, they use a secret, homemade BBQ sauce. For this version, substitute with store-bought BBQ sauce or your favourite personal sauce recipe.
