I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! �

1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!� Spread
3 squares (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350�. Line 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, then grease foil; set aside.

In large microwave-safe bowl, microwave I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!� Spread and chocolate at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth. With wire whisk, beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool completely. Using foil, lift brownies onto cutting board. To serve, cut into squares and sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners sugar.
Makes: 1 dozen brownies
