    No-Bake Fudgy Brownies

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand�
    2 squares(1-oz/28 g each)unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
    2 cups plus 2 tbsp (530 mL) packaged chocolate cookie crumbs
    1/4 cup (50 mL) miniature candy-coated milk chocolate candies or chopped nuts

    Recipe



    1. Combine Eagle Brand and chocolate; cook and stir over low heat just until boiling. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes more or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
    2. Stir in vanilla. Stir in 2 cups (500 mL) cookie crumbs.
    3. Spread evenly into parchment paper-lined 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and candies or nuts; press down gently with back of spoon. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until firm.
    4. Cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
