Monkfish with tomato

Casserole function;
800g monkfish fillet cut in pieces;
1 onion;
2 tbsp olive oil;
200g tomatoes;
35cl white wine;
1 bouquet garni;
2 tbsp flour;
40g butter;
2 cloves of garlic;

Brown monkfish with onions in olive oil at th.3. Season and add tomatoes. Stir well then add the white wine, the bouquet garni, cover and cook for 20 mins at position 2. In the meantime, stir flour with butter and garlic. Remove the monkfish and place it in a dish. Add the butter and flour mixture to the cooking juices. Season and reduce a little. Coat monkfish with this sauce and serve.
