    List of Ingredients




    1/3 French baguette (about 7-in.), halved lengthwise
    1/2 cup Boursin�, any flavor
    1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 slices roast turkey (about 3 oz.)
    Flat leaf parsley

    Recipe



    Spread Boursin on both sides of bread. Top one side with mushrooms, turkey and parsley, then place remaining baguette on top.

    Tip:
    To serve warm, heat sandwich at 325�F for 4 minutes or until warm.
