Garden Chicken on a Bun

List of Ingredients
� 1 12-ounce package frozen breaded fully cooked chicken patties (4)
� 1 small kohlrabi, cut into matchstick pieces
� 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
� 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
� 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
� 1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary
� 1 tablespoon olive oil
� 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
� 2 teaspoons minced garlic
� 4 kaiser rolls
� 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
� 4 lettuce leaves
Recipe
1. Bake chicken patties according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a 10-inch skillet cook kohlrabi, mushrooms, onion, celery, rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in hot oil over medium heat 10 minutes. Stir in tomato and garlic. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
2. Toast rolls, if desired. Spread bottom of buns with mayonnaise or salad dressing; place lettuce and chicken patty on each. Spoon sauce over. Add bun top. Makes 4 servings
