    1/3 cup Boursin�, any flavor
    2 tablespoons prepared baba ghanoush
    4 very thin sliced cooked ham or roast pork (about 3 1/2 oz.)
    1 thick slice rustic bread, toasted
    Drizzle of Bertolli� Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Recipe



    Evenly layer 1/2 of the Boursin, baba ghanoush and ham on bread. Top with remaining baba ghanoush, ham, then Boursin. Drizzle, if desired, with olive oil and grill 1 minute or until Boursin begins to bubble
