Toss � cup cooked couscous, � cup sliced grape tomatoes, � diced avocado, � piece of a cooked salmon filet, 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil and � cup fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Mix Thoroughly. Divide between 2 large lettuce leaves and fold leaves to enclose filling.
