    From Mainland Cream Cheese

    List of Ingredients




    2 slices fresh bread
    � cup Mainland Cream Cheese
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    � teaspoon sea salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Recipe



    Toast bread on both sides under pre-heated grill. Remove and spread with Mainland Cream Cheese.

    Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Return to grill for 3 minutes or until heated through.
