    2 Whole wheat bread slices (100%)
    1 1/2 tsp. Margarine
    2 Tomato slices
    1/4 cup Peeled, sliced cucumber
    Pepper, sprinkle
    2 tbsp. Grated carrot
    1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts
    2 Lettuce leaves
    1 tsp. Light salad dressing (or mayonnaise)



    Recipe



    Spread bread with margarine. On 1 slice, layer tomato, cucumber, pepper, carrot, alfalfa sprouts and lettuce.
    Spread second bread slice with salad dressing and place over top.

    Cut sandwich in half diagonally.

    Serves 1.
