    1 cup oil
    3 eggs
    2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple,drained
    3 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients in order given.Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325 deg. oven.
