    1 egg white
    3/4 cup fine granulated sugar
    1 medium sized apple

    Recipe



    Beat egg white until stiff and gradually beat in the sugar.Grate pulp of apple a little at a time and add each portion immediately.Do not grate all the apple at once as it turn brown.Beat with rotary beater (mixer) until stiff.Spread on cake and set in a cool place.

    This icing is better if used the day it is made.
