List of Ingredients



• 2 lb. ground beef
  
• 1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
  
• 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Mix thoroughly ground beef, 2/3 cup taco cooking sauce and tortilla chips. Shape into 8x4" loaf and place in 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hr.
   
2. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese melts. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
