    List of Ingredients


    • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 4 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham
    • 3 oz. (3/4 cup) shredded Gruyere cheese
    • 1 (6-oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained, coarsely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 450 F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Spread each tortilla with mayonnaise. Top 2 tortillas with ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and artichokes. Top with remaining 2 tortillas.
    2. Brush both sides of each quesadilla with oil. Place in foil-lined pan. Sprinkle top of each with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, chives and paprika.
    3. Bake at 450 F. for 3 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown and crisp.
    4. To serve, cut each warm quesadilla into 8 wedges.
