    Absolutely delicious. These bars will disappear quickly.

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick margarine
    1 stick butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    Saltines
    12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
    ground nuts

    Recipe



    Line cookie sheet with foil. Place saltines to cover pan, about 35 crackers.
    Melt together butter, margarine, brown sugar and heat to full rolling boil.
    Pour over crackers. Put in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and spread 12 oz. chocolate chips over top. As they melt, spread over all crackers. You may put pan back in the oven briefly to hasten melting. Sprinkle ground nuts on the top.
    Cool and refrigerate. When hardened, let bars sit out for a few minutes and cut.
