    List of Ingredients


    • 3 med. strawberries,sliced and divided
    • 1 container (6 oz.) light strawberry nonfat yogurt,divided
    • 1/4 cup South Beach Diet Whole Grain Crunch cereal,divided


    Instructions


    1. Place half of the strawberries in 1 1/2 cup serving bowl.
    2. Top with layers of half each of the yogurt and cereal. Repeat layers.
    3. Serve immediately.
    4. 1 serving.
