    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 oz.) package reduced-fat cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 1 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese(1/4 cup)
    • 1 garlic clove,minced
    • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts,drained
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • Assorted whole-grain crackers


    Instructions


    1. Blend cream cheese,mayo,milk,cheese,garlic,and hot pepper sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add artichokes and pulse until well combined but still chunky.
    2. Transfer to a microwave-safe serving dish. Microwave on med. heat until heated through,turning once or twice,about 5 min. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
    3. 12 servings (1/4 cup)
