    Tangy Green Beans Amandine

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. fresh or frozen whole green beans
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp Grey Poupon dijon mustard
    • 1/4 tsp dill weed
    • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Cook and stir beans in hot oil in large skillet on med-high heat just until crisp-tender.

    2. Add lemon juice, mustard and dill;toss to coat. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.

    3. Sprinkle with almonds.

    4. 4 servings
