    Savory Steak & Spinach Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cp prepared italian salad dressing ,divided
    • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    • 1 beef sirlion steak, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)
    • 8 cps torn spinach
    • 1 cp sliced mushrooms
    • 1 lg tomato cut into wedges
    • 1/2 cp. red onion rings


    Instructions


    1. Mix dressing and worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/2 cp of the dressing mixture over steak; cover. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
    2. Place steak on greased grill over medium coals. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness (med. 160F) Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
    3. Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cp dressing. Arrange steak slices over salad. Makes 4 servings.
