    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1/2 c chopped celery
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 - 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    • 3/4 c water
    • 1 - 16 oz c tomatoes, undrained & chopped
    • 2 T chili powder
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1/4 t pepper
    • 1 - 8 oz pkg spaghetti noodles, uncooked
    • 2 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    • 1 - 5 oz jar pimiento-stuffed olives, drained
    • 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven, stirring until meat crumbles; drain and return to Dutch oven.
    2. Stir in soup and next 5 ingredients.
    3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    4. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
    5. Stir spaghetti, cheese cubes, and olives into meat sauce. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
    6. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and bake, uncovered, 10 additional minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
