    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon flax seed meal
    1 tablespoon soy protein isolate
    1 tablespoon psyllium ( I think sometimes they call it husks, you can cut this back some if you like)
    1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
    1/8 cup Davinci Syrup of your choice (yes, I like it sweet)
    1/4 cup water ( I may add more water. I just get it to the thickness I like)

    I microwave it for a minute to a minute in a half.
