    My Father

    Recipe Introduction


    This is one of my favorite recipes. It brings back fond memories of my father and I in the kitchen when I was a little girl. By the way this is definately a high alitude recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. Shortening
    1 C. Sugar
    1 C. Brown Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 C. Peanut Butter
    2 C. sifted Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Recipe



    Roll dough into balls, place on cookie sheet and use a fork to press criss crosses. Bake @375 for 10 minutes.
