Sugar Cookies

List of Ingredients




1 cup margarine or butter softened
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour

Recipe



In a large bowl, cream the margarine, oil,& both sugar's well. Add the eggs and mix well. Stir in the soda, cream of tarter, vanilla, and flour. Mix well and chill overnight. Lightly spray cookie sheets and drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls. Flatten dough with the bottom of a large glass that has been dipped in water then in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 min.
