    List of Ingredients





    Meringue:
    6 EGG WHITES
    1/2 tsp. CREAM OF TARTAR
    1/4 tsp. SALT
    1 3/4 cups SUGAR
    Filling:
    2 pkg. (3 oz. ea) CREAM CHEESE, softened
    1 cup SUGAR
    1 tsp. VANILLA
    2 cups WHIPPING CREAM, partially whipped and chilled
    2 cups MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
    Topping:
    2 cups fresh STRAWBERRIES
    1 can (21 oz.) CHERRY PIE FILLING
    1 tsp. LEMON JUICE

    Recipe



    Grease 13x9 pan. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until frothy.
    Gradually beat in sugar and blend until stiff and glossy, about 15 minutes.
    Spread in pan and bake at 275 degrees for 90 minutes. Turn off oven and
    leave meringue in oven with door closed for 1 hour. Remove from oven; finish
    cooling away from drafts. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Combine
    with chilled, partially whipped cream and beat until thick. Add marshmallows
    and spread over meringue. Refrigerate immediately and chill 4 hours until
    set. Combine ingredients for topping and spread over filling.
