Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dipping Oil

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbs chopped dried oregano
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 Tbs sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside 1 hour to allow
flavors to marry. Serve in a shallow bowl with crusty Italian bread.
