    Mushrooms Florentine

    1 10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed
    1 egg
    1 cup herb stuffing mix
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp thyme
    20 large mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned

    Squeeze out excess water from spinach, Combine spinach
    with egg, stuffing, butter, cheese, salt and pepper and
    thyme and mix well. Spoon some of mixture into each mushroom
    cap and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about
    15 minutes
