    Creamy Coleslaw

    the Best of Cooking Light Classics

    6 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbs sugar
    6 Tbs mayonnaise
    2 Tbs cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper


    Combine the cabbage and onion in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients, pour over cabbage and mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
